Resonance & Renewal: A Sound Bath for the New Year
Join us for an immersive sound bath and meditation experience that blends the power of sound with guided mindfulness practice. Gongs, singing bowls, and the shruti box will combine to create an enchanting sonic environment that encourages the brain to enter deeply relaxed, meditative states. This experience provides space for mindful reflection and nurtures a sense of unity and trust. Participants will also be invited to use their own voices to deepen their connection to themselves, each other, and the wider community. All are welcome, whether new to meditation or experienced practitioners. Yoga mats for reclining will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and plenty of seating will also be available. This event is sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Columbia and the UUCC Music Committee.
The Art of Breathing: A Creative Mindfulness Workshop
