In this session, we’ll explore how tuning into the body through Body Scan Meditation and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) can release physical tension and bring greater relaxation. Mindfulness of the body is a powerful way to cultivate awareness, release stress, and restore balance. Whether you’re carrying emotional or physical tension, these practices offer a chance to reset. Discover the benefits of bringing presence to your physical sensations and relax into your body’s natural state of ease.
