The Art of Meditation: Walking Meditation

  • The Library @ The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Columbia 2701 Heyward Street Columbia, SC, 29205 United States (map)

Meditation isn’t just something you do in stillness; it can be in every step.
For those who find stillness challenging, walking meditation offers a beautiful alternative. In this class, we’ll learn to foster a meditative mindset with each step. Walking meditation is a dynamic, grounding way to integrate meditation into everyday life, allowing movement to connect us to the present moment. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned meditator, this practice is a great way to deepen your awareness and enrich your meditation journey.

This donation-based class is open to all. Come as you are.
