The Art of Meditation: Mandala Drawing

  • The Library @ The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Columbia 2701 Heyward Street Columbia, SC, 29205 United States (map)

Creativity meets stillness: where art becomes a form of meditation.
This week, we explore the meditative power of art through mandala drawing. The repetitive, symmetrical patterns of a mandala bring a sense of calm and focus, creating a relaxing, creative way to meditate. No artistic skill required, just a willingness to create effortlessly while experiencing a flow state. Let your hands guide you, while your mind finds peace in the process. All supplies provided.

This donation-based class is open to all. Come as you are.
