Sound Baths for ages 3 to 103

Led by a former Montessori music teacher, our interactive family sound baths provide a dose of wonder, calm, and music for the whole family.
Relax together.
Children will be guided to use their voices, listen to a variety of instruments, and gain an appreciation for the wonder of sound. After a 20 minute interactive session, families will be encouraged to relax together and listen to a mini soundscape designed to foster relaxation and family bonding.
No two sessions are alike, making each family sound bath a fresh, unique experience for you and your little ones. Designed for children ages 3-10, but open to all ages, these sessions are the perfect way to unwind together. Adults must stay with their children, ensuring everyone enjoys the calming, restorative journey as a family.
